If a tenant doesn’t last 12 months, then they will be replaced at no cost to the property owner. A 12-month tenant warranty is a part of receiving property management services. Each property will be advertised with professional digital photos. Prospective tenants will be screened for income, criminal background, credit score, bank balances and rental history. If a tenant is not placed within three weeks, then the first month of property management services will be free.
